  • WHERE IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK ROOMS AT THE BEST PRICE?

  • WHICH ADVANTAGES CAN I GET BOOKING DIRECTLY FROM THE HOTEL WEB SITE?

    If you book on this official web site you are going to have the best price offered. You will have also a direct and personalized contact with hotel personnel who shall give you all necessary details as per your needs. Early check-in on the arrival, if your room is available before 11.00 am.

  • AT WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK-IN FOR THE ROOM?

    Normally our room are available from 1.00 pm. For all our guest booking from this web site, we offer the possibility of an early check-in (except when the room is still busy by the previous guest due to other requests). We offer also the luggage storage service in the hotel at the arrival.

  • WHAT ARE THE RECEPTION OPENING HOURS?

    The reception is open 24 hours. Also check-in is allowed during the night.

  • AT WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK-OUT FOR THE ROOM?

    Check-out is at 12.00 pm. We allow every guest to leave the luggage in our storage for free, with no time restriction.

  • IS THERE ANY INTERNET CONNECTION IN THE HOTEL?

    For all the guest we offer a free Wi-Fi connection available in the room and all the hotel’s areas.

  • THE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED?

    Yes, we offer to our guests a generous buffet breakfast in our restaurant. The opening time is from 7.40 am to 10.00 am. If required and asked in advance, we can provide gluten free foods for the breakfast and for the main meals with no extra-charge.

  • THE CITY SIGHTSEEING FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

    No, the city sightseeing entry fee government tax which has to be paid on the arrival at the hotel, for the city of Kathmandu. The cost is USD 25 per person (with English speaking guide), USD 10 for children under 10 years old.

  • IS CAR-PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

    The hotel provides an onsite car park free of cost. Otherwise, we can offer an indoor garage with NRS 30 per hour (2 wheeler) and NRS 80 per hour (4 wheelers. Both type of car-park are available without any reservation, subject to availability of space. Occasionally, can be asked to leave the car keys at the reception, to help the staff moving the vehicles in the busiest days.

  • WHAT IS A PRE-AUTHORIZATION?

    The amount pre-authorized on your valid Credit Card does not generate any liabilities, it is just to “reserve” an amount before your stay as a deposit confirmation. On your balance you will see the amount requested, because is not available at the moment. It will be available after normally 7 working days (but it depends on your card policies) The pre-authorization becomes a charge only in case of no-show at the hotel.

  • WHICH IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY AT THE HOTEL?

    In case of cancellation or changes done up to 7 days before the expected date of check-in we do not charge any cost. If the reservation is confirmed by deposit, that amount remains available for another holiday (even one day). In case of cancellation or changes after the term (24 hrs before arrival date) we charge 20% of the full amount of the deposit. It is applicable for the prepaid reservation as well. For reservations on other portals or different websites you have to verify the cancellation policies on each of them.

  • CAN I ENSURE MY HOLIDAYS?

  • IS PICK UP AND DROP OFF SERVICE INCLUDED?

    For all our prepaid reservations, or bookings made before one week, we provide pick up and drop off service. Extra NRS 800 would be applicable within Kathmandu valley. For our guests with travelling, trekking and other activities booked through Himalayan Social Journey, Airport pick up and drop services are included in the price of the trip booked.

  • AT WHAT TIME IS THE SPA AND RESTAURANT OPEN?

    Indicative opening times for the Spa and restaurant is 8:00 am in the morning.
